GOOD NEWS

By John Stenen Most people who have earned their degrees from higher education are thrilled when they see their name written on their diploma. They are proud of it; they hang it where people can see it, when they come into their office. That is all well and good, for they have applied themselves and accomplished a wonderful thing in their lives. Their families are proud of them and they use what they have earned to be of service to others. However, it has been my experience over the many years of ministry, that many highly educated people; certainly not all, scoff at the Word of God. God speaks of this in Romans 1:22, “Professing to be wise, they became fools.” To see the truth of that verse just look throughout our nation at many of these so-called leaders. Scripture also says in Psalm 14:1, “The fool has said in his heart, there is no God.”

Ask A Trooper

Question: With back to school starting, can you talk about school patrol safety? Answer: When you see a student safety patrol helping children cross a street or highway, you must come to a complete stop. You must also stop for adult crossing guards displaying a stop sign or flag.
