GOOD NEWS

We often tend to compare ourselves with others in many areas of life. However, 2 Cor. 10:12 tells us that we should not do that; the Word of God says it is not wise. What we really should compare ourselves to is the Scriptures. Our standards of right and wrong differ much with how God expects us to live our lives. Remember, “All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God; there are none righteous, no not one, etc.” Read Romans 3:9-18. Jesus Christ is the standard by which we should compare ourselves. Of course, we will never match Him but we are, as Christians to strive to become more and more Christlike.
