Students honored for academic success during the 2024 spring semester. The following students have been named to the 2024 spring semester Dean’s List at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, the university announced today.

St. Cloud State University has announced the names of more than 960 students whose academic achievement placed them on the 2024 Spring semester dean’s list. To be eligible for the honor, students must have a grade point average of 3.75 or higher on a 4.0 scale.

The Slayton Community Band has had an AMAZING season! They added music for our Memorial Day program at MCC High School, played 6 concerts at Gullord Park in June and July, and have spent the rest of the summer making guest appearances by performing in neighboring towns during parades. You can catch these talented people playing next in the Slayton parade August 17th at 1:00 PM and September 2nd at 1:00 PM in the Tracy Box Car Days parade!
