WARRIOR WRESTLERS WIN AGAINST SPRINGFIELD AND LOSE TO ADRIAN

Last week our F/MCC Warriors had a home wrestling triangular against the Adrian/ Ellsworth Dragons, and the Springfield Tigers and performed very well. Although dropping one dual to the Dragons, the Warriors are in striking distance. With a couple of matches going the other way they would have had the sweep winning 51-9 over Springfield, and losing 34-15 with Adrian.

CHURCH NOTES

CHRIST LUTHERAN CHURCH, Slayton, MN. Pastor Chad Duffy.

GOOD NEWS

By John Stenen Jesus Christ, the second person of the Trinity has existed forever. Scripture tells us that He created everything in our universe and He holds all things together by the word of His power. Science does not understand why things don’t just blow apart with all the energy in the molecules.

GREEN THUMB

Our gardening news of the week is not of the outside garden. With outside temperatures in the -20 range (and -40 at a cousin’s Montana), be sure to wear your winter coat when outside.
