VOLLEYBALL PLAYERS RECOGNIZED AT 2025 BANQUET

Congratulations to Ava Deacon, Kate Blankenship, and Lila Scandrett ,who have received Academic All-Conference! helps them to understand that their potential is beyond measure. Participants learn that they’re unique, amazing, strong and capable of anything they set their minds to doing” While each girl comes into the program with a different story, background and personality, Chapman’s favorite part of the program is watching each girl blossom into a stronger, more capable version of who was present at the very first practice.

Rebel Roundup

It’s hard to believe we are already wrapping up the first quarter here at the high school! We have had a great start to the school year. In this week’s Rebel Roundup, I would like to share about some of the new classes we are offering at MCC this year. These new classes include Community Service and Volunteerism, Leadership and Respect, JH Art Elective, Current Events, Theater Communications, and an AI Tools for Life. These classes help us continue to maintain a rich offering of electives while providing exposure for our students to explore different areas of interest.

GOOD NEWS

By John Stenen More than seven hundred years before Christ was born in Bethlehem, the prophet Isaiah wrote in the 53rd chapter, that the Messiah would suffer greatly. Our Lord would be ‘smitten and afflicted by God’. Jesus of course bore our sin but also, our sickness on the cross, and with His stripes we are healed. Peter later said in the New Testament “.....by whose stripes you were healed.” -1 Pet. 2:24.
