National Library Week will take place from April 6 to April 12, 2025, and Slayton Public Library is thrilled to announce a series of engaging events to celebrate. Murray County 4-H had two junior horse project bowl teams compete at a regional competition in Redwood Falls, MN on March 29, 2025. Project Bowl is a program within Minnesota 4-H where teams of 3 – 6 youth build skills by working and thinking together through testing their knowledge in a certain division: Dairy (dairy and dairy goat), Dog, General Livestock, Horse, Llama-Alpaca, Plant Science, Poultry and Rabbit).
