I would love to talk about what it is to become a Christian. I would discuss the reality of heaven and hell. Know this; no matter how good or how bad that you believe you are - God Loves You! But your goodness can never save you, nor can your sinful nature prevent you from experiencing God’s love for you- and His gift of eternal life. Scripture tells us that all of us are guilty of sin; we are separated from God; we are sons of Adam, -not sons of God. The only way we can become a child of God is to repent of our sinful lives and surrender to Christ. (John 3:16). Listen to Revelation 21:8 “But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.” If you are without Christ, now, in this life, you are spiritually dead and separated from God. After death, you will be judged one day, (Rev. 20:11-15). Being sent to the Lake of Fire is the second death. However, you can come to Christ right now and spend eternity with God. The MCC boys basketball team would face two very different opponents over the weekend. First off, competing against an undefeated Minneota, then facing off with a 1-win Renville County West team to finish the classic.

The MCC Rebel Girls Basketball team was back at Woodstock Communications Court at the Murray County Central High School on Tuesday night. The Rebels have spent the last several weeks on the road and they were happy to be back on the home court. The Rebels would open the 2024 portion of their schedule with a matchup against the Canby Lancers. The two teams came into the matchup with identical records with three wins and five losses. The Rebels used their size and quickness to shut down the Lancers earning their second straight win.
