From there MCC started to play timid and make mistakes, costing them the set 17-25. Game two started off in similar fashion, but the Dragons were able to slowly gain a lead.

REBEL FOOTBALL WINS FIRST HOME GAME OF 2021 SEASON

The MCC Rebels opened the home portion of their schedule last Friday night when they played host to the school that ended their season a year ago. The MCC Rebels and the Wabasso Rabbits squared off twice last season with MCC beating the Rabbits in Marshall at Southwest Minnesota State University 20-12 but the Rebels would fall in the Section title game in Slayton 28 to 15. Both teams have changed a great deal since Wabasso graduated a large senior class while the Rebels also lost many key skill position players from a year ago. The Rebels entered the game ranked second in state and they were looking to take care of business.

This year’s tour will focus on the Northwest corner of the country featuring the Zion Lutheran and Skandia Free Cemeteries (a third cemetery may be added, check our Facebook page for updates). During the tour dates, interpretive graveside signs will be placed near selected stones which will tell the life and times of the person buried there.
