DEED ENCOURAGES EMPLOYERS TO PREPARE NOW FOR PAID LEAVE LAUNCH

The Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) is reminding employers of the three simple steps they need to take to meet their responsibilities under the upcoming Paid Leave program. Employers must set up their Paid Leave accounts, notify employees by Dec. 1 and take optional actions to make Paid Leave work best for their workplace.

HOSPICE OF MURRAY COUNTY RUMMAGE SALE IS HUGE SUCCESS

REBELS CELEBRATE 5-GAME WINNING STREAK WITH VICTORY AT HOME

The MCC Rebel football team was back at home, after a pair of road games, for game 7 of the season. The Rebels had won four straight games coming into Thursday night’s game and were hoping to make it five in a row in hopes of earning a bye in the first round of the playoffs. The Rebels played host to the BOLD Warriors who were back in Slayton for the first time since 1996. That year, the Warriors beat the Rebels. This Thursday, Rebels would get the win and continue their winning streak.
