It is now past Presidents’ Day and whatever the day of the year, one news item is always newsy - the weather. This past week one day we had it warm enough to go outside with only a shirt (long sleeve) on. The next day we had snow flurries.
We still could have snowstorms yet this year. Along with school closings. And sidewalks needing shoveling. Otherwise, the emails remind us of what we should plant and grow. Some will have produce ready (or flowers) early and some through the whole gardening season.
And maybe you should try something new - either new varieties or just something you’ve not planted too often in the past. It still makes the catalogues interesting reading.
