FULDA SCHOOL CHOIRS DELIVER CHRISTMAS CHEER THROUGH MUSIC

Monday evening, the Fulda Public School choirs delivered Christmas cheer through the selection of musical numbers that were performed. Opening the Holiday Choir Concert, under the direction of Matthew Saxman, was the Junior High Boys Choir. Their number was “You’re a Mean One, Mr. Grinch”, which is from the 1966 TV special How the Grinch Stole Christmas. The entire Junior High Choir sang “Chariot’s Coming’! (Swing Low, Sweet Chariot)”, which was followed by the Junior High Girls Choir as they performed “Santa Baby”.

JINGLE MARKET BRINGS HOLIDAY CHEER

The first annual Jingle Market took place November 28 and 29 at the Plaid Moose. The event was began with a group of friends who wanted to start something special in the community.

MCC REBEL BOYS LOSE TO PIPESTONE

The MCC Rebel boys basketball team played the second game of the boy girl double header on Monday night. The Rebels were playing their second game of the season while the Arrows were playing their third game of the year.

BOYS OPEN BASKETBALL SEASON WITH BIG WIN OVER RRC

The MCC Rebel boys basketball team opened their season on Thursday night at home against the Red Rock Central Rebels. The two schools had great football seasons, with both qualifying for the State Tournament. Now, the winter season has begun and the Falcons have started slowly, with 2 straight losses heading into the game against the Rebels, who had yet to play a game. The Rebels would have very little trouble picking up their first win of the season.
