Laura Ann (Kremer) Mettner (46) of Chanhassen, Minnesota passed away on Tuesday, September 23rd, 2025 leaving an unfillable void. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M., Friday, October 17th at The Barn at Corabelle, 1314 16th St. Iona, MN 56141 with Pastor John Stewart officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday from 9:00-10:00 A.M. at The Barn. Interment will take place after the service at St. Columba Cemetery, rural Iona, Minnesota.

Laura was born in Iona, Minnesota on May 2nd, 1979 to John and Judy (Kirchner) Kremer. Growing up on the family farm with her siblings and many cousins, Laura’s childhood was full of mischief, adventure and fun. Laura graduated from Fulda Public Schools before attending Winona State University where she studied business. While attending Winona State University, Laura became a member of the Delta Phi Epsilon Sorority. Through this membership, she created many lifelong friendships that remained dear to her heart.

After graduating college, Laura worked for both Stryker and Ikon Office Solutions before finding her passion for medical sales with Johnson & Johnson. Laura made a lasting impact on surgical patients for nearly 20 years at Johnson & Johnson. She partnered closely with surgeons and nurses, delivering solutions across a wide range of surgical approaches--from open procedures to laparoscopic. Over the years, she held several key roles, most recently serving as Regional Sales Manager, where she led a team of Account Executives across the Upper Midwest.

Above all, Laura was the mother of two young men, Jack and Charlie Mettner. She loved her sons dearly and poured her heart into supporting them through their many activities, planning adventures near and far, as well as always coming up with a new challenge to try with them. Laura enjoyed traveling, especially the summer trips to the lake creating priceless memories with her children, nieces and nephews. Laura was often known to say “Let’s take a photo!”-- a phrase that perfectly captured her love for preserving the joy she found in life.

Laura is survived by her two sons, Jack and Charlie; mother Judy Kremer; brothers Jeff (Abby) Kremer, and Chad (Katie) Kremer; nieces and nephews; Luke, Kacie and Tyler Kremer and Annabelle, John and Clara Kremer, as well as many extended family members.

She is preceded in death by her father, John Kremer; paternal grandparents, Ervin and Leona Kremer; Maternal grandparents, Clarence and Bernita Kirchner; Uncle Leon Kirchner; Aunt and Uncle Carol and Ron Petros; and Aunt Lois Chandler.
