Jonath “Jack” Lewis 79 of Garvin, MN passed away at the Murray County Medical Center in Slayton on Tuesday, August 3, 2021.
Memorial services will be on Monday, August 9, 2021, at the United Methodist Church in Slayton at 2:00 p.m. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the church on Monday.
