Grace Welgraven of Chandler, MN passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at the Edgebrook Care Center in Edgerton, MN.
A visitation was held on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at the Chandler Reformed Church in Chandler, MN from 5-7pm. A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 10:30am at the Chandler Reformed Church in Chandler, MN. A graveside service will be held prior to the funeral service at the Chandler Memorial Cemetery at 9:30am.
