Gary John Oslund, 75, of Anaheim Ca passed away on September 25, 2022 following a battle with ALS.
Gary was born in Tyler, MN to Gordon and Edith (Stoneberg) Oslund on November 9, 1946 and raised on the family farm in Chandler, MN. At the age of 19, Gary joined the US Navy and served our country in Vietnam from 1968 – 1969, serving a total of 4 years.
Gary met his wife of nearly 50 years, Sharon, in July of 1971 and they married in December 1972.
Together they had 4 children, 18 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren.
Gary is survived by his wife, Sharon, his daughter Mary (Thomas) Drennan and his 3 sons, Eric (Nichole), Shawn (Elisha) and Shane (Kristen) Oslund, 17 Grandchildren, 2 Great Grandchildren, his sister Elaine (Ron) Fick and his brother, James Oslund.
Gary was preceded in death by his parents, Gordon and Edith, his brother, Richard Oslund and his Grandson, Zachary Oslund.
