Boundaries, Belonging, and Big Yellow School Buses Tessa Dierks MCC 7-12 Principal Every autumn, as the farmers prepare for harvest, those bright yellow school buses return to our rural roads. A specific memory always returns to me.

During the general election on November, 3rd, 2026, Minnesota voters will decide whether to modernize the way Minnesota’s Permanent School Fund (PSF) distributes revenue to public schools through a proposed constitutional amendment. Amending the PSF would not raise taxes, create a new tax, or establish a new funding source. But it will update how annual revenue from this existing education trust fund is distributed to better support Minnesota students, along with preserving the fund for future generations.

Our world is full of religion. The religious leaders hated Jesus because they were jealous of Him and He broke their religious rules, like healing people on the Sabbath. He let them know that man is far more important than all their rules that kept the people in bondage. Read Luke 4:18-19 To see what Jesus came to accomplish. Our God is a good God! He desires to bless us, to free us from all bondage. He desires to heal the brokenhearted and to reveal God’s great love for you and I. Do you know Jesus in a personal way? Or, do you just know about Jesus? We are not all God’s children; we are sons of Adam. We become the children of God when we surrender our lives to Jesus. God bless.
