We cannot express enough how much your support and prayers mean to us during Scott’s hospital stay and recovery from his illness.

Thank you to our family, friends, coworkers at MCC and Xcel, community members and strangers, who have supported us through this journey with prayers, visits, phone calls, texts, cards and gifts. Your acts of kindness helped us through the darkest days when we didn’t know what was going to happen. Thank you to our families who sat with us at the hospital each day and opened their homes so we had a place to stay during Scott’s hospitalization.

Thank you to the Sanford and Mayo medical teams who cared for Scott in the hospital. This was unknown territory and you kept us informed and cared for him with great commitment. Thank you to the Avera Home Infusion Services and Prairie Rehabilitation for your continued help while Scott recovers at home. To our amazing home health nurse, you have truly been a blessing to us. You were there to help us through nurse duties that I (Teresa) didn’t even think I could do it. You are an awesome nurse and we’re forever grateful to you!

Special thank you to the Hadley Lions and MCC Staff for hosting the Pancake Benefit this past weekend. It was overwhelming to see everyone who came out and ate brunch with us. It is truly a blessing to live in such a thoughtful and supportive community.

Thank you again for keeping Scott in your prayers during and after his hospital stay. We are so thankful for each and every one of you. We are able to get through this together one day at a time with your love, support and prayers.
