I would like to thank the Murray County Ambulance crew and the MCMH -ER for the quick an efficient response during my recent mishap The hospital staff during my 2 week stay was 1st class as well and so was the food. Thank you for the cards, letters and calls during that time. Thank you to family for transporting us to and from Rochester . Thanks to Pastor Williams for his prayers, calls and visits.

One interesting experience I must share while in the operating room in Mayo hospital, Dr.Barlow asked if I was from Slayton. He said his mom was from there and his grandfather was Dr. Pierson. Of course R.F. was the doctor for all the Van Eck family and that brought a range of emotions plus I was his barber for many years. Jack Van Eck
