Murray County is once again getting ready for Relay For Life 2023. Katie Hoffman and Glenn Crowley will be the Honorary Chairs for 2023. Join us in honoring them as well as all cancer survivors at this year’s relay.
Letters have been sent out to all cancer survivors that are registered with the Murray County Relay. If you are a cancer survivor and did not receive a letter and wish to be added to the Murray County Survivor list please contact Linda Tobias at 507-763-3173 to get registered.
This year we will again be celebrating in coordination with the relay team event on Saturday August 12th. Registration will start beginning at 4:00 PM. This year we will be offering coupons and a goody bag upon registration at the survivor registration table located by the pork stand. You will use your coupon to redeem your burger and malt right at the pork and malt stand. Your family is encouraged to also patronize the stands and enjoy their meal with you. We ask that all participants park in the south parking lot down by the racetrack. Golf carts will be available to assist with transportation to the stage area if needed.
There will be the survivor walk followed by the team parade of champions and an all survivor butterfly release sponsored by Todd Hieronimus/Totzke Funeral Home. The butterfly release promises to be an awesome sight and experience for all of the cancer survivors. We are currently working on a couple of different options for entertainment this year.

If you want to receive a new survivor shirt also leave you shirt size and one will be ordered for you. Both phones listed above have voice mail and it is okay to leave your name, phone number and shirt size if you plan to attend the relay.
