The Slayton Fire Department Auxiliary, a newlyformed, non-profit group in the city of Slayton, is organizing a winter coat drive to help provide the gift of warmth to our community this winter.
Donations of new and clean, gently used coats of all sizes will be accepted at 4 locations throughout Slayton including Almich’s Market, First National Bank, Minnwest Bank and the Murray County Government Center from December 1st through December 8th.
Coats will be available to the public for pickup on Saturday, December 9th from 12-2pm at the Slayton Senior Center.
