By Norma Dittman Nana’s Naughty Nickers, written by Katherine DiSavino, is coming to the stage at Fulda Elementary School on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, March 20th, 21st and 22nd. Production times will be 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 2 p.m. on Sunday.
Presented by the Fulda Community Players, Director Heidi Appel shared the following regarding this comedy: “Bridget and her grandmother are about to become roommates. However, what Bridget saw as a unique opportunity to stay with her favorite nana in New York for the summer quickly turns into an experience she’ll never forget! It seems her sweet grandma is running an illegal boutique from her apartment, selling handmade naughty knickers to every senior citizen in the five-borough area. You will have to come see the play to learn if Bridget will be able to handle all of the excitement. Will her nana get arrested – or even worse – evicted?”
The local cast of characters for Nana’s Naughty Nickers are: Beth Kremer playing the part of Sylvia Charles; Heidi Appel cast as Vera Walters; Bridget Charles is played by Eden Carney; Tom O’Grady: Matthew Saxman; Mr. Schmidt: Dan Uttech; Heather Van Press: Ranissa Beerman; Clair: Ann Witzel; the UPS man: Brandon Thiner; and the Voice: Alex Carney.
Nana’s Naughty Nickers first debuted in Lancaster, Pennsylvania in February of 2010.
