Murray County 4-H receives a grant with the assistance of Jeff Boerboom, Boerboom Seed to help upgrade the electrical system in the Murray County 4-H Buildng. Pioneer Seed (Corteva) offers local Pioneer Sales Representatives the opportunity to help local organizations apply for grants to assist with program upgrades. “Our 4-H Kitchen is an amazing space for local groups to use as well as a teaching kitchen for 4-H, the electrical however lacked the capacity we need,” 4-H Extension Educator Kim Hause shared. “With this grant we can offer more programing as well as have confidence that our kitchen is storing food in a safe manner.” Jeff Boerboom works with local organizations each year to provide grant opportunities through Pioneer Seed. “Pioneer Seed offers grant opportunities each year, I try to support local organizations through Pioneer when I can.” Jeff Boerboom.
