MURRAY COUNTY BOARD
A SUMMARY OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE MURRAY COUNTY BOARD June 18, 2024 6:00 p.m. Pursuant to law as fixed by Minnesota Statute Numbers 274.13 and 274.14, the Murray County Board of Appeal and Equalization met with the following members present: Commissioners Molly Malone, Lori Gunnink, Jackie Meier, Dennis Welgraven, Dave Thiner, and Auditor-Treasurer Heidi Winter. Also present were County Administrator Carolyn McDonald, County Assessor Chad Benda and Deputy Assessors Amber Hansen, Chris Baumberger, and Selena Lopez-Cardenas.
MSP to reduce the estimated market value of Parcel Identification Number 10.013.0040 (Michael Crowley Rev Living Trust) from $754,400 to $742,000 (reduction of $12,400) for the 2024 assessment for taxes payable in 2025.
MSP to accept the Assessor Recommendation of “No Change” to the estimated market value of Parcel Identification Number 11.171.0140 (Willy & Vicki Nath Family Trust) for the 2024 assessment for taxes payable in 2025.
MSP to accept the Assessor Recommendation of “No Change” to the estimated market value of Parcel Identification Number 11.190.0120 (Robert Frakes) for the 2024 assessment for taxes payable in 2025.
MSP to reduce the estimated market value of Parcel Identification Number 25.180.0060 (James & Rona Brown) from $533,600 to $507,800 (reduction of $25,800) for the 2024 assessment for taxes payable in 2025.
MSP to reduce the estimated market value of Parcel Identification Number 28.100.0430 (Curtis & Colleen Bose-Devries) from $53,600 to $42,100 (reduction of $11,500) for the 2024 assessment for taxes payable in 2025.
MSP to reduce the estimated market value of Parcel Identification Number 28.100.0440 (Colleen Bose-Devries) from $139,800 to $103,300 (reduction of $36,500) for the 2024 assessment for taxes payable in 2025.
MSP to reduce the estimated market value of Parcel Identification Number 28.100.0870 (Kristi Myers) from $122,800 to $69,600 (reduction of $53,200) for the 2024 assessment for taxes payable in 2025.
MSP to accept the Assessor Recommendation of “No Change” to the estimated market value of Parcel Identification Number 29.380.0531 (Blake Heronimus) for the 2024 assessment for taxes payable in 2025.
MSP to accept the Assessor Recommendation of “No Change” to the estimated market value of Parcel Identification Number 29.380.0560 (Blake Heronimus) for the 2024 assessment for taxes payable in 2025 The meeting adjourned.
