MURRAY COUNTY BOARD
A SUMMARY OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE MURRAY COUNTY BOARD November 28, 2023 8:30 a.m. Pursuant to notice, the Murray County Board of Commissioners convened with the following members present: Commissioners; Malone, Gunnink, Meier, Welgraven and Thiner.
Also present: Emily Ackerman, Carolyn McDonald. MSP to approve the agenda with additions. MSP to approve the minutes from the November 21, 2023 meeting with changes.
MSP to approve the construction contract with Towne & Country Excavating, LLC for projects SAP 051-604-030, SAP 051-616-007, SAP 051-626-007. MSP to approve purchasing the service/maintenance contract with Motorola Solutions for $12,225.00, to be paid over the next 5 years. MSP to authorize the IT Director to order additional storage space for body cam footage for a total cost of $3,460.
MSP to purchase the replication drives from Server Monkey in the amount of $13,690.00.
MSP to approve the updated Sunrise Terrace Rental Agreement and the Sunrise Terrace Policy and Procedure booklet. MSP to permit SWMN Adult Health Consortium to be a Murray County Commissioner Committee Appointment and we will appoint a Murray County Commissioner to be on the board. MSP to go into closed session for Labor Negotiations Strategy pursuant to Minnesota Statute 13D.03.
MSP to come out of closed session.
