A SUMMARY OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE MURRAY COUNTY BOARD June 20, 2023 8:30 a.m. Pursuant to notice, the Murray County Board of Commissioners convened with the following members present: Commissioners; Malone, Gunnink, Meier, Welgraven and Thiner.

MSP to approve the agenda with additions.
MSP to approve the minutes from the June 6, 2023, meeting.
MSP that all claims as presented were approved for payment. The Chairman was authorized to sign the Audit List dated June 20, 2023 with fund totals as follows and warrants numbered 171436 through 171507: County Revenue Fund 64,585.86 County Road & Bridge Fund 46,215.65 EDA 356.27 Ditch 498.96 Self-Insurance 610.79 Sunrise Terrace 2,132.76 SAWS 159.00 Lime Creek Service District 325.00 Total 114,884.29 MSP to approve ditch contractor bills for County Ditches No. 11 (2), 22 (2), 37, 40, 68, and 75 (3), Judicial Ditch No. 13 and Admin totaling $53,981.10.
MSP to approve ditch inspection report for County Ditches No. 42, 43A, 68, 72, and 75, and Judicial Ditch 14.
MSP Resolution 2023-06-20-01 Resolution of Support for the Construction of a New Highway Maintenance Facility in Murray County.
MSP to approve the low quote by Neufeldt for the 10 Ton Crane Quote of $174,815. MSP to approve the low quote by Neufeldt for installation of the 10 Ton Crane at $34,510.
