MURRAY COUNTY BOARD
A SUMMARY OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE MURRAY COUNTY BOARD January 17, 2023 8:30 a.m. Pursuant to notice, the Murray County Board of Commissioners convened with the following members present in person: Commissioners; Malone, Gunnink, Meier, Welgraven and Thiner.
Also present in person, Emily Ackerman, Carolyn McDonald, Travis Smith Via Zoom. MSP to approve the agenda with additions. MSP to approve the minutes with changes from the January 5, 2023 meeting.
MSP that all claims as presented were approved for payment. The Chairman was authorized to sign the Audit List dated January 17, 2023 with fund totals as follows and warrants numbered 170232 through 170287: County Revenue Fund 83,021.78 County Road & Bridge Fund 40,825.72 EDA 500.00 Ditch 990.02 Self-Insurance 540.25 Sunrise Terrace 281.67 SAWS 159.00 Total 126,318.44 MSP to approve the Autumn Blaze Estates First Addition Preliminary Plat Application #354 for one (1) non-riparian lot in the Residential and Shore/and Overlay Districts on Lake Shetek, a General Development Lake for Outlot A, Block 3, Autumn Blaze Estates, in Section 35, Lake Sarah Township as recommended by the Planning Commission with one (1) special condition. MSP to approve the purchase of 2 3152HR Operator Chairs from Concept Seating for a purchase price of $4,613.65. Funds to be paid from the 911 grant fund, account # 01-283-283-0000-6480.
MSP To declare unit #140 2015 Ram 1500 Pick-up, as surplus property and authorize the sale on govdeals.com.
