Murray County 4-H along with the Murray County 4-H Ambassadors hosted their annual Cloverbud PJ Party on Friday, March 21, 2025, at the Murray County 4-H Building. The annual Cloverbud PJ Party is hosted each year to give the younger 4-H’ers a turn for an event just for them.

This year’s theme is Under the Sea! Cloverbuds were asked to come dressed in their pajamas or a sea related costume. The youth participated in several STEM activities, decorating jellyfish, making a sign that will be exhibited at the 2025 Murray County Fair, and enjoyed some snacks and several other activities.

The purpose of the 4-H Cloverbud Program supports the positive development of children as they explore their world, discover the possibilities, build self-esteem, and practice the basic social skills. These will be the basis for becoming competent, caring, contributing citizens.

The 4-H Cloverbud Program is designed for youth in grades Kindergarten through second grade (K-2). Youth must be enrolled in kindergarten and at least 5 years old on September 1 of the current school year to enroll as a Cloverbud.
