MURRAY COUNTY 4-H HORSE PROJECT BOWL TEAM COMPETES AT REGION COMPETITION

Murray County 4-H had two junior horse project bowl teams compete at a regional competition in Redwood Falls, MN on March 29, 2025.

Project Bowl is a program within Minnesota 4-H where teams of 3 – 6 youth build skills by working and thinking together through testing their knowledge in a certain division: Dairy (dairy and dairy goat), Dog, General Livestock, Horse, Llama-Alpaca, Plant Science, Poultry and Rabbit). Age divisions include junior (3 - 5), intermediate (3 – 8) and senior (9 – 13). There are four regional competitions held throughout the state in the spring that determine if a team can qualify to attend the State Project Bowl Competition.
