The MCC Speech team competed in Subsections in Minneota. The Rebels placed 3rd overall as a team. In Drama, Morgan Heezen placed 5th. In Extemporaneous Reading, Cassie Scandrett placed 2nd. In Extemporaneous Speaking, Holland Vogel placed 1st and Wesley Hause placed 3rd. In Humor, Walker Biren placed 2nd. In Prose, Annie Scandrett placed 2nd, Brecken Larson placed 4th, and Lilly Gertsema placed 5th.
