By Arnold Krusemark Another week and summer is progressing. The rain still comes so our garden is producing.
As mentioned in past columns, we’ve kept an eye on the area corn fields. Tassels have now appeared. When will the corn ears show up and then corn to eat?
As also mentioned Farmers Markets in area towns are now in progress. Garden produce is only one thing for sale. Stop and see what else is there.
As for our own gardens we need to keep the hoe and rake busy clearing weeds. And the lawn mower busy on the yard.
And inside the house the inside plants need watering and care.
