GOOD NEWS

By John Stenen When a person dies, there is only one of two places in which they go; to heaven or hell. This is what the Bible teaches. Hell is a place of eternal torment prepared by God for the devil and his fallen angels. God desires that no human should ever perish in hell, but He desires that they repent from their life of sin, (that includes all of us; for all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God).

Then, by faith, ask Jesus to come into your heart and wash away all of your sin, guilt, and shame for all the evil you have ever done, and He will do it. “We are saved by grace through faith and not by our good works! Read (Ephesians 2:8-10; John 1:12; Romans 10:9-10; John 3:16).

If you do as those Scriptures instruct us to do, you will be saved, born-again, (John 3:3) and pass from death to life. Jesus is the only Way in which we can be saved. Read (Acts 4:12; 1 John 5:11-13.)

On the other hand, heaven is a place of eternal bliss where there will be no more pain or sorrow; no more tears or sickness and disease; no more lies and deception; and no more death.

Doesn’t that sound like a place you would rather go to?
