Doctors and nurses are wonderful and help people tremendously. But what if they can do no more to help you. This is the case with many people. Is there no more hope? In Mark 5: 25- 34 we see the story of the woman with the issue of blood which lingered with her for twelve long years. She spent all her money on doctors and only grew worse. The good news was that someone told her about Jesus the Great Physician who was healing all who came to Him. She believed what she heard; she went to Jesus confessing, “If I but touch the hem of His garment I shall be healed.” She got to Jesus and reached out in faith and touched His garment and virtue (power) went forth from Jesus and she was healed.
Many people today will never be saved because they will not come to Jesus in faith believing that salvation comes through Him alone. John 14:6. He is to be Lord of their lives and they do not want that. Likewise, many will never be healed by the power of God because they do not come to Jesus in faith believing He is Healer yet today. Hebrews 13”8 says that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. What He did before He will do today. However, many do not believe it. In fact, many today believe that healing is all of the devil. Satan really has them confused. Jesus said that it is the devil who comes to steal, to kill, and to destroy. John 10:10.
Jesus said to many who came to Him for healing; “Be it unto you according to your faith.” Hebrews 11:6 says, that without faith it is impossible to please God…” What do you believe when it comes to being saved and or healed? God bless.
