No sacrifice will ever be greater than what Jesus did on the cross for mankind. His sacrifice provides salvation for whosoever will come to Him and be His follower. He also provided freedom for us from all the powers of sin and darkness so that we can live a righteous life before Him and our fellow man. Forever we will praise and worship the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Since the founding of our nation in 1776, roughly 1.5 million Americans have shed their blood so that we may enjoy the freedom that our forefathers purchased for us, and each generation since then. Sadly, our freedom means so little to many today. Benjamin Franklin said, “Those who would surrender freedom for security deserve neither.”
George Washington said, “When any nation mis-trusts its citizens with guns, it is sending a clear message. It no longer trusts its citizens, because such a government has evil plans.”
Today we are experiencing ‘soft tyranny’ in our nation, if it is not defeated, it will become more powerful and enslave us all. Only the ‘elites’ will be free. But first, they must disarm all citizens.
Thomas Jefferson said, “Those who beat their weapons into plowshares will plow for those who don’t.” I have loved and cherished the freedom we have enjoyed for the past 246 years.
Like many of you, I also served in the armed forces to preserve our freedom. I only hope there are enough Americans willing to die if necessary to keep our freedom by resisting those who would take it from us.
