Whether you are a Christian or not, we will all stand before God one day and give an account of our life here on earth.
For the Christian, it is called the ‘Judgement Seat of Christ.’
The believers will be judged on what they did with Jesus Christ, since they were saved, and whether our motives were pure in whatever our good deeds were. 1 Cor. 3:10-15.
They will receive rewards; some will receive much and others will get few rewards, because they have been ‘closet Christians’ and did very little to further the Kingdom of God.
However, they will be saved. I believe this judgement will take place in heaven after the saints (Christians) are raptured and the Great Tribulation, which will last for seven years takes place on earth. (Rev. 6: - 18:).
On the other hand, those who have rejected Christ, for whatever reason, will be brought up from hell to stand before God - this is called ’The Great White Throne Judgment,’ (Revelations 20:11-15). The difference in the two judgments, is that the Christians will never be condemned, because their sin is completely cleansed by the blood of Christ; and they will be in God’s Kingdom forever. The un-saved will be condemned, for rejecting God’s means of salvation. I believe God will show them every opportunity that they have had, to accept Christ; afterwards, they will be cast into the Lake of Fire for all
