The Pipestone Master Gardeners are excited to offer a Gardening 101 Workshop. Everyone is certain to learn something new at this workshop; whether you are a seasoned gardening expert, an avid gardener looking for the latest updates from the University, or thinking about starting a garden but don’t know where to start.

• Soils & site – how to test your soil, ideal location for a garden
• Planning your garden – species to plant, rows and spacing considerations
• How to plant, weed control options
• Berries, apples, & flowers • Vegetables
