FULDA/MCC WARRIORS BATTLE ON THE ROAD

The Fulda/Murray County Central Warriors traveled to Murdock to take on the Benson Braves, The KMS Saints, and the ACGC Falcons on Saturday, January 31st. Then on Tuesday, February 4th they traveled to Worthington to take on New Ulm and the Worthington Trojans. After the almost 2 hour ride to Murdock, the boys won 1 dual and lost 2. With final scores of 41-22, the Warriors fell to ACGC and 4723 against KMS. The Warriors did pick up a win on the night against the Benson Braves with a final score of 46-26.

Against ACGC, Dane Hansen, Kaston Clarke, Carson Klein, and Colby Kesteloot picked up wins for the Warriors. Against KMS Brayden Gilb, Luke Iverson, and Colby Kesteloot were the match winners for the Warriors. Then, against Benson Kaston Clarke, Teague Meyer, Noah Mathiowetz, Isaiah Wolske, Luke Iverson, Carson Klein and Colby Kesteloot all provided wins to bring the dual to a 46-26 victory for the Warriors.

On February 4th, the Warriors battled New Ulm first in a tough dual. The Warriors just couldn’t get their legs. However, Kaston Clarke, Carson Klein, and Colby Kesteloot made up the 12 points scored in the dual by the Warriors to New Ulm’s 54.

Against the Worthington Trojans, the Warriors’ Kaston Clarke, Hunter Reese, Teague Meyer, Brayden Gilb, Aleric Wynia, Jaxon Wendorff, Isaiah Wolske, Luke Iverson, Carson Klein, and Colby Kesteloot all provided their part in collecting 57 points against the Trojans 14.

Coming up, the Warriors travel to Jackson on February 6th against Jackson County Central, then have a little break until the section 3A team on February 13th, which will be held at the high seed. Stay tuned for seedings for the location of the dual.
