Join us for a full day of fall fun at the 20th Annual Fall Pumpkin Festival at Lake Shetek State Park’s Picnic Area on Saturday, Oct. 17 from 1 – 3:30 p.m. Jump in the large leaf pile for prizes or just for fun! There will be wagon rides, pumpkin decorating, coloring contest, s’mores by the campfire, along with other activities and refreshments. Don’t forget to take your fall family picture at the park.
New this year, there will be a 5K and 1-mile Fun Run, starting Saturday morning at 10:30 am, at the Loon Island Trailhead. There is no registration needed but prizes will be given for the best costume worn for the run.

It is free to the public; however, state park vehicle permits are required to enter the park. Daily permits are $7 per vehicle or $35 for an annual permit and can be purchased at the park office.
