Stephanie LaBrune is currently the City Administrator – Clerk for the City of Tyler where she has been in the role for nearly 2 1/2 years. Prior to that, she was the Administrative
Assistant for Pipestone County Conservation & Zoning for nearly 12 years. Ms. LaBrune holds an associate degree in Business Administration and a Government Leadership Certificate.
Carolyn McDonald is currently the Human Resources Director of Lyon County where she has been in the role for 10 years. Prior to that, she was the Circulation Supervisor for
Southwest Minnesota State University for 11 years. Ms. McDonald holds a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Business Administration and a Human Resources Certification.
Jason Walker is currently the Development Energy Planner at Southwest Regional Development Commission where he has been in the role for 3 years. Prior to that, he was the
Assistant Dean of Adult Education for Eastern Iowa Community College, Muscatine Campus for 6 years. Mr. Walker holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations/Contemporary
History and French with a Spanish Minor, and master’s degree in Political Science – Public Administration.
