The trade association that serves the promotional advertising industry recently awarded Edgerton based Fey Industries, Inc., as a Greatest Places to Work. The Promotional Products Association International (PPAI) serves 15,000 corporate members with two primary constituents; that being the suppliers who manufacturer and print on the products and the distributors who work with the companies and organizations looking to use promotional advertising products.
Fey was 1 of 18 supplier firms to be selected; which puts Fey within the top 1% of promo supplier firms. The selection process involved a twostep process. Fey first had to be nominated by an employee and thereafter PPAI reviews the results from a survey they conducted among Fey team members.
“We are super excited with being named as one of the ‘Greatest Places to Work’ for 2023,” said Mike Fey, CEO at Fey Industries, Inc. “We have a tremendous team, a great group of people that we get to do life with.” Fey continued, “this recognition affirms our intentional effort of focusing on our company culture. We call it Fey Playbook and some highlights are our focus on core values and striving to live out our purpose of ‘Brightening the World Through Our Actions’.”
The company took the opportunity to celebrate the achievement at its Summer Picnic on Tuesday, June 6th. It was a time thank its team members; an opportunity to take time out of a normal workday, to get together and socialize all while enjoying great food from Lingen Dairy, games and giving out various prizes. Additionally everyone received a ‘Greatest Places to Work’ t-shirt.
Mindy Statler, Director of Human Resources, added “We would like to thank our team members for their collective efforts that have earned this prized recognition. We remain dedicated to continually enhancing our work environment and providing our team members with opportunities to thrive. Together, we will continue to achieve excellence, deliver exceptional results, and uphold our position as a ‘Greatest Place to Work.’ Or, as we like to say, “All in, together we win.””
