All dairy producers and industry professionals are invited to join Minnesota Dairy Initiative and UMN Extension on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at the Pipestone Dairy Producer Night Out event as presenter Michael Ten Clay discusses this topic. At this event, Michael will discuss the criteria for family dairies to be sustainable for the next generation, herd size as it relates to future market opportunities, and future outlook for dairy farms in southwest Minnesota.
Michael Ten Clay is a CPA and Partner at Van Bruggen & Vande Vegte, PC based in Orange City Iowa. Michael and the VB&VV team provide various financial services, including accrual financial statements, budgeting, financial consulting and planning, tax preparation, and estate planning services to Agricultural clients throughout the Midwest. Michael specifically works with dairies of all sizes ranging from 50 cows up to 25,000+ herd sizes.
