CITY OF CURRIE PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing will be held before the City Council of Currie on the 13th day of September, 2022, in the City Hall located at 801 Third Street at 6:00 p.m. to consider a proposed vacation of the Alley between First and Second Street of Block 6 in Currie’s addition and 2nd Street located between Everett Street and Meyers Street in Currie’s Addition legally described as: That certain alley running from the North line of Block 6 south to the South Line of Block 6 and lying between First Street and Second Street, all in Currie addition to the City of Currie, Murray County, Minnesota AND ALSO That part of the platted second street running east and west and located between Blocks 6 and 11, Currie Addition to the City of Currie the west end of which is a line beginning at the Southwest corner of Block 6, Currie addition, thence south to the Northwest Corner of Block 11, Currie addition, and there terminating and the east end of which is a line beginning at the Southeast Corner of Block 6, Currie addition thence South to the Northeast Corner of Block 11, Currie addition and there terminating.
