A correction to the entire conversation quote that was had about the following resolution in the Jan 21, 2025 City Council meeting.
“The council next discussed resolution 01-21-2025 “A Resolution of the City of Slayton Dis-approving of the Murray County Board of Commissioners Decision to Reverse Funding for the Wonderworld Non-profit Daycare Center Building Project” Councilmember Kate Harmsen stated, “I think the resolution addresses our concerns and is a vocal output of continued support that the City of Slayton has for the [Wonderworld] project and questions the basis for which the decision was reversed by the County, which seems to be without valid reasoning.”
