NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FEBRUARY 3, 2023 AT 5:15 P.M. CITY OF SLAYTON
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Planning Commission of the City of Slayton will hold a public hearing on Friday, February 3, 2023 at 5:15 p.m. in the City Hall Meeting Room, located at 2424 26th Street to consider the application of Dan Ahlers for a conditional use permit for property located at 3147 34th Street and described as: FAIRVIEW ADDITION E 260’ OF LOT 18, BLOCK 3 The property is located in a B-1 Highway Business District.
The application, if approved, will permit the property to be used for a machine, welding, or other metal shop as described in Chapter 152.20(D)(7) and open or outdoor service, sale and rental as a principal or accessory use as described in Chapter 152.20(D)(2).
