NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of Bondin Township will hold a public hearing on the 13th day of September, 2022 at 8:00 p.m. at the home of the clerk, 311 210th Ave., Fulda, MN 56131, for the purpose of holding a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Satutes, section 164.07 to hear from the public, consider, and possibly act to vacate a 1/4 mile portion of 51st Street west of 220th Avenue. An onsite inspection of the portion of the road proposed for vacation will occur prior to the hearing at 7:30 p.m. Interested persons are welcome to attend.
