Murray County 4-H held a sewing summer day camp on June 14th. 4-H kids learned the art of sewing this week. The participants that came to the event had the option of sewing pillow cases or a drawstring bag. The 4-Hers had an opportunity to practice their sewing skills and create their choice of sewing project. With the help of amazing 4-H volunteers 19 kids had 7 sewing machines buzzing for four hours each youth went home with project to be proud of.
