MCC 67 - RRC 34 The Rebels boys basketball team took care of business in Lamberton and got back into the win column Tuesday night in the second meeting of the season. RRC was 3-17 going into the contest and the Rebels were 11-9.

RTR 58 - MCC 49 The Rebel boys basketball team fell short in a hard-fought battle against RTR, losing 5849 on Tuesday night in Tyler. RTR was riding a 13 game winning streak into this Red Rock Conference game.

SWC 58 - MCC 46 The MCC Rebels were at home on Monday night to play one of their final three games over the next week. The Rebels would play two of the top 4 teams in the Red Rock Conference in those three games.

HBC 70 - MCC 68 Rebels Fall Just Short in Heartbreaker Against HBC. A week after playing top 10 ranked Hills Beaver Creek in Slayton and losing by 34, the Rebels boys basketball team played possibly their most complete game of the season in Hills Tuesday night.

AE 61 - MCC 35 The MCC Rebel Girls wrapped up the week on Friday in front of their largest crowd of the season. The Rebels celebrated their game with the Adrian Ellsworth Dragons with Senior night.

He never saw America but he loved this nation with all its freedoms and opportunities. His mother said to him as he was leaving for America, “You are going home, I am staying in a foreign land.” When you stop to think of all the tyranny and oppression in our world today, the Christian will one day escape to a much better home. We can say when we lose a Christian loved one or close friend, “You are going home, and I am staying in a foreign land.” Remember, we Christians are citizens of heaven; we are pilgrims just passing through this life onto a much better life with God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit and all the holy angels of God, plus all our saved loved ones. Blessed eternity, full of righteousness, peace and joy. No more sickness or disease, no more crime and violence, no more aging. Won’t you come with us? It’s really going to happen. Why go to hell with a crowd you will most likely be very unhappy and miserable with. Jesus invites you to spend eternity with Him. “In the presence of the Lord there is fullness of joy, and at His right hand there is pleasure forever more.” (Psalm 16:11). God bless.
