April 9 HLO/Fulda at MCC The Murray County Central Rebel softball team was at home for the first time this season on Thursday afternoon. It was a cold day in Slayton, as the Coyotes of Heron Lake Okabena Fulda came to town looking to knock off the Rebels, while MCC was looking for their first win of the season.

April 9 MCC at HLOF The Murray County Central Baseball team had their first week of two or more games after mother nature has wreaked havoc with the early portion of the season. Not surprising, but it doesn’t make things any easier for coaches or players.

COMMUNITY BLOOD DRIVE SCHEDULED AT MCC HIGH SCHOOL AND MCMC Murray County Central High School and Murray County Medical Center will host a blood drive on Tuesday, April 21. Murray County Central High School will host their blood drive from 9:00 a.m.

SCHOOL MENU Monday, April 20: Breakfast: Banana Bread, Yogurt, Fruit Juice, Milk. Lunch: Chicken Nuggets, Bacon Ranch Pasta, Steamed Corn, Chilled Tropical Fruit, Milk.

Eight Fulda High School FCCLA chapter students will be attending the National Leadership Conference this coming July. Zoe Nelson, Emma Nielsen, Ruth Ethridge, Vincent Bray, Cullen Vanderbeek, Mara Clarke, and Grace Sawadogo will travel to Washington on the 250th birthday of the United States and attend the conference from July 6th to the 10th.
