The Murray County Historical Society is excited to announce the annual Dinehart Holt House Front Porch Concert Series is returning this year. The concert lineup and dates are as follows: Hope Welu, a solo artist singing country pop and originals, July 23, 206.
The Double Down Daredevils, a Minnesota based Bluegrass Band playing Bluegrass and Americana music with a special emphasis on 2, 3 and 4 part vocal harmonies, featuring Murray County native Tom Peschges. July 30, 2026.
Kindred Spirits, a jazz and blues trio group based out of Marshall, MN, August 6, 2026.
The concerts are free to attend and will take place on the front porch of the historic Dinehart Holt House at 2812 Linden Avenue in Slayton. Bring your own lawn chair or blanket. Free refreshments will be available. Each concert begins at 7pm.
This activity is funded in part with a grant from the Southwest Minnesota Arts Council made possible by an appropriation from the Minnesota State Legislature with money from the State’s general fund.
