MCC ELEMENTARY FUN RUN FUNDRAISING EVENT STARTS MONDAY, OCTOBER 3RD

As a new year approaches, we continue to reflect on last year. MCC Elementary staff and students are so grateful for the donations that were made at last year’s fundraiserour Fun Run! With the money raised, we were able to provide opportunities for our students to make many memories throughout the 2022-2023 school year.

EDA PROVIDES LOAN FUNDS FOR PIZZA RANCH PURCHASE

The regular meeting of the Murray County Board of Commissioners was held on Tuesday, September 26, 2023. Commissioner Molly Malone was absent from this meeting.

REBELS FALL TO DRAGONS IN ACTION-PACKED GAME

The MCC Rebel football season continued on Friday night in Adrian. The Rebels, coming off a seven-point win against Windom Area took on the Adrian Ellsworth Dragons who were coming off a one-point win against St James. Both teams took the field with two wins and one loss but at the end of the night someone would be 3-1 and the other would be 2-2. The Rebels were hoping to be the latter.

WARRIORS COMPETE AT LQPV-DB INVITE

This past week the Warriors competed in 93 degree weather at the LQPV-DB Invite in Madison Minnesota. The Warriors battled the heat through their races but still managed to have a successful meet.

The Murray County Central Rebels volleyball team hosted the Red Rock Central team on Sept. 14th honoring parents for Parent’s Night with a full sweep of the Falcons.

The Murray County Central Rebels were not able to keep up with the serving strength and undeniable defensive play of the host Heron Lake- Okabena - Fulda Coyotes on September 19 in Okabena. The Rebels fell to the Coyotes in three straight sets in conference action, 14-25, 1225 and a dismal final 5-25.

PASTOR BRECH CELEBRATES 50 YEARS IN MINISTRY
