MURRAY COUNTY 4-H ANNUAL AWARDS PRESENTED

Lindsey Hause was named outstanding Murray County 4-H Ambassador for 2022. Lindsey, a Currie Poco-a-Poco 4-H Club member, is also Federation president for the current year.

Murray County 4-H honored 4-H volunteer Dennis Opdahl (left) for his 50 years of volunteering for the program. Dennis Welgraven (right) has also been a club leader for close to 50 years.

KDL Insurance, LLC was selected as 2022 Friend of 4-H for the support they give 4-H all year long. Mallory Vos, Ruth Ann Dibble, Carisa Clarke and Jan Kluis.

Many Murray County 4-H members and volunteers were honored at the annual awards celebration held Sunday, November 20 at the Murray County 4-H Building. Murray County 4-H Ambassadors along with Currie Poco-a-Poco, Prairie Hustlers and Slayton Shooting Stars hosted the Camping-themed event, “Reflections of Murray County 4-H!”
